Rules for submitting, reviewing and publishing scientific articles
- Articles for consideration are uploaded through your account on the journal’s website. In case of failures of the loading system, as well as to observe the equal rights of authors experiencing difficulties in working with the interface, it is possible to send an article by e-mail mediaZnak@gmail.com.
- Submission of the article means that the author agrees to the publication of the text of the article in open sources.
- The editors (editorial board and editorial board) are guided by the principles of COPE, implying a number of standards:
- the author guarantees the originality of the text of the article;
- the author guarantees that the text of the article is not submitted for consideration to any other journal or collection;
- the author guarantees that the rights of third parties are not infringed in any way and that he has no conflict of interests.
- In cases of disputes, disagreements, claims, the editorial board (editorial board and editorial board) refers to the COPE regulations.

Articles undergo mandatory peer review by specialists in the subject area of the reviewed research, who have publications on the topic of the article in the last three years. The average review period for an article from the moment it is sent to the reviewer is 30 working days; this period may be extended in the case of interdisciplinary nature of the article or discrepancies in the reviewers' opinions, but not exceeding 45 working days. Reviewers receive the articles without the author's name indicated (double-blind review).
- The reviewer determines the degree of originality of the article, the compliance of its contents with the requirements of the journal, scientific significance and relevance.
- According to the review, the article may be accepted for publication, sent for revision, and rejected. In the latter case, the reviewer prepares a reasoned refusal, which is approved by the editorial board of the journal.
- The editors ensure that reviews are kept for at least 5 years. At the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and other organizations providing quality control of scientific publications, copies of reviews are provided.
- Articles that have received positive reviews are published in the journal. Electronic versions of articles are available in the public domain on the journal’s website, in the RSCI.
- Articles are published free of charge.
- Authors wishing to purchase an original copy of the journal, notify the editorial office in advance (immediately after notification of acceptance of the article in print).
