Political culture in space new media of astrakhan region

The article is devoted to the study of new roles and functions of Internet resources and social networks in raising the level of political culture of the population. On the example of the experience of the Astrakhan region, technologies for the implementation of the concept of public power are analyzed. New media and social networks are becoming convenient communication platforms in the regional political space. Their capabilities are aimed at attracting a mass audience to political topics. The personal pages of political actors of the region in popular social networks are considered. It is emphasized that the level of media culture is a reflection of the development of civil society. The author concludes that it is necessary to streamline tactical steps to form the political culture of the Astrakhan people. The development of civil society is also evidenced by the publication of materials of a critical nature. They provide an opportunity to build a constructive dialogue between representatives of various political forces in the Astrakhan region.
