Communicative technologies of universities in social networks when working with foreign students from central Asian countries

Systematization and specification of the prevailing communication technologies of universities in Yekaterinburg on social networks are made in the frame of this publication. This paper offers the author's interpretation of the concept of "communication technologies". Different scientific sources were involved to take into account the crucial types of social media. Besides, the empirical investigation was conducted in order to obtain a whole view with regard to the practical aspect of this phenomenon. The features of the usage of communication technologies of Yekaterinburg universities on social networks are revealed in the context of interacting with students from Central Asian countries. The features of communication technologies are characterized in more detail. The most effective communication technologies are identified, and directions of work are proposed to improve the effectiveness of communication technologies of universities on social media when working with foreign students from Central Asian countries.
