Abstract

On the example of five student mass media of higher educational institutions that train future journalists and are geographically located at a considerable distance from each other, an attempt was made to highlight the common features of creating a content model of published publications. Through the analysis of the positioning of departmental hyperlocality, output data, specific typological features, namely the purpose, concept, content-thematic model and readership of educational publications, it is proposed to consider this segment of the media system as hyperlocal media, which opens up prospects for further study of this part of periodicals.
