Abstract

The article discusses the features of the functioning of ethics in the conditions of network communication, which is characterized by an increase in the number of subjects of information activity. The new realities in which modern communication exists have required a revision of the established ethical norms. Numerous declarative ethical codes have been replaced by ethical and technological standards for working with information, which can be considered today as a new format for self-regulation of all participants in network communication.
