New requirements

Dear authors of the journal, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that starting from February 1, 2025, the requirements for the journal's volume have changed. The main text of the article, excluding metadata (title block, abstracts, and reference lists), must be at least 25,000 characters with spaces.
