Развитие способности обучающихся неязыкового вуза к пониманию иноязычной коммуникации посредством ресурса Ted

Одной из важных задач иноязычного образования является развитие способности обучающихся иностранному языку по программам неязыковых направлений подготовки в вузе к адекватному восприятию и пониманию иноязычной коммуникации. По мнению авторов, данная задача может достаточно успешно решаться путем работы с материалами медиаресурса Ted при иноязычной подготовке в вузе. Профессионально ориентированная тематика видеовыступлений, методически грамотно выстроенная система упражнений и творческих заданий рассматриваются в качестве мотивирующих факторов развития исследуемой способности. В статье представлен опыт использования материалов открытого образовательного ресурса Ted при обучении английскому языку в неязыковом вузе, обозначены преимущества его применения, раскрыты этапы работы с видеолекциями.
